I was born and raised at Tezo in kilifi county. Am the first born in a family of three children i’m always determined in whatever i do that’s why i never give up. My friends call me mfalme not because i’m from the royal family but because am a go getter.

The round was interesting I had an opportunity to interact with both doctors and patients.i came to learn the importance of being true to the doctors when you are sick for that will help get the right medication for your illness.
It was a nice experience to meet the computer expects they we really encouraging and committed to their job. I learnt how to install operating systems and I got some knowledge about servers and networking.
The rotation was full of fun and new experiences .for the first time I saw most of the instruments I used to read theoretically .the laboratory technician and scientists were very cooperative and ready to share their knowledge with us.
I came to know that EDD is one of the largest and most busy department in the programme .there I meet various people and scientist who were doing different research projects .they were very friendly and ready to share their knowledge with us. I also had a chance to learn how digital maps are made .it was really interesting. The trips too to the KHDSS were my best moments in the department.
It was interesting to meet vigogo groups and see how different groups in our community perseves the organization.however ,after being explained to the work of kemri and how helpful it is they finally understand and get the really picture of the activities carried in kemri.i also learnt the importance of good communication skills.
